Banana Ice Cream With Peanut Spread


  • 2 tbsp of Genius Nutz peanut spread (or cashew spread)
  • 3 bananas (medium size)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein



Chop the bananas in small slices and put them in the freezer for about 2 hours - tip: always have frozen bananas readily available. Your smoothies will be incredible, too. Bring the frozen bananas into a blender. Blend until a homogeneous texture is obtained. It seems like magic: you already get the ice cream texture just by blending the bananas. 

Add the PEANUT SPREAD or CASHEW SPREAD and blend until they have a homogeneous texture again. Add whey protein (optional) and blend again.

From here you can use your imagination and add anything else you want, such as dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, if you prefer). Strawberries and blueberries add a special touch.
