How can I return or change an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. You can return the item by mail. The item must be in new or unused condition with tags on.

The return shipment has a flat rate of 20€.

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, and you must provide the purchase receipt. The refund will only be processed once the credit card used for the purchase is credited. Please note that shipping charges will be refunded in case of product return.

  1. Start the return process by clicking Here.
  2. Write the title of the email as "Return Order #OrderNumber" or "Change Order #OrderNumber," and explain your reasons for returning or changing the item.
  3. Pack the item(s) you wish to return or change in the original packaging.
  4. Once your return or change request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package.
  5. Within the following 24H Genius Nutz schedules a pickup at your location. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary.
  6. Once we receive the item in the warehouse, we will process the return within approximately 7-10 business days and credit the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?

At Genius Nutz, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and change policy. You can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Eligible returns of products purchased on may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 14 days from the date of delivery to the Genius Nutz warehouse return address listed on the return shipping label.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

How soon will I receive the refund?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Orders purchased using Klarna are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Klarna will be canceled before your second payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the second loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

Are the shipping costs refundable?

Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Can I exchange or return a product that was gifted to me?

Gift items purchased on may be returned or changed. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.
