Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 3 pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. 

Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm GMT+1.

An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

Genius Nutz cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Genius Nutz’s control.

How can I track my order?

To monitor the progress of your package, please refer to the shipment confirmation email you received for your unique tracking number. Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment directly on the shipper's website.

If you haven't received the confirmation email containing your tracking number, don't worry. Simply reach out to our customer service team at customercare@geniusnutz.it, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

For security purposes, all orders require an adult signature upon delivery. If you won't be available to sign for your package, please contact us so one of our Client Advisors can arrange to have your order held at a nearby BRT (for Italy) or DHL (for other EU countries) location for pickup.

Please note that BRT or DHL will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, your package will be returned to our warehouse.

Don't let a missed delivery delay your package. Contact us and we'll work with you to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

Please note the following delivery restrictions:

Purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders, or any address outside of the Europe (except Turkey). If you'd like to bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Items purchased from the EU Genius Nutz website are only eligible for shipping within the EU countries and Turkey. For international orders, you may visit the website geniusnutz.com or contact us to speak with a Client Advisor who can assist you.

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need to ship items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each destination.
